And so we begin this journey together. Archaeology for the Woman’s Soul tells my story in poetic prose. It tells you about my holy medicine and how I survived the dark night of my soul, just to arrive on the other side with knowledge of my path from woundedness to wisdom to wholeness.
But as the readers attest, my story is also their story. Bonded by collective trauma and centuries old dogma and labels imposed on us, every woman who reads “Archaeology for the Woman’s Soul” will mirror her own social injuries and adversity encountered on the path. Because my story is your story. Your story is our story.

Poetry is Magic. Poetry can heal our deepest wounds and hurts. Poetry can give meaning to our suffering by transforming it into art. Poetry can save us by sharing our story, allowing others to feel validated and no longer walk alone through the landscape of their heart. Poetry can be a loving guide to walk us to the other side of shame and guilt and somehow find acceptance for what can’t be changed. Poetry can help reveal our purpose in life. Poetry is a magical key to inner peace, freedom and liberation from inner oppression. Poetry breaks the Silence of what hurts…
Poetry is the languages of your Soul on Fire. A fire that burns all that is no longer useful, rebirthing the bright, brilliant, whole, loved and honored YOU, as you always were. Poetry can dig deep and help you remember who you truly are. The Soul of the World can also be revived through unleashing the Poetry of our Lives, for as we heal and embrace who we are, others feel compelled to do the same thing. Take an event or your whole life and mix them up in a way that it makes sense to you. Poetry is organic in nature and we are all poets….It is just a matter of letting go, just like in mediation…
Poetry is the ultimate surrendering to the Soul…Poetry is ingrained in every Soul, as the Soul recognizes metaphors, not words…So, fall into the poetry of your life as it is nourishment for the Soul…As the body needs food, so the Soul needs Poetry…

Archaeology is humanity’s humble attempt to understand the meaning of life. The word archaeology comes from the Greek archaiologia, which means “the study of the ancient”. To most of us, archaeology is known as the study of remains of the human past, its artifacts and ruins, and how it helps us understand who we are culturally and individually.
Archaeology is my first love. When I was a young girl I wanted to be an archaeologist. From an early age I loved antiques. I used to love digging for Roman coins while still living in my country of origin, Romania.
To excavate a site, archaeologists need persistence, patience, curiosity, conviction, and most of all a deep desire for truth. Like in any adventure, you will encounter moments that will take you deep into your emotional center, but the goal is always to come back with a new meaning that sets you free to be who you were meant to be.
So be ready. You are now an archaeologist. A Soul Archaeologist. You will be asked to dig through the soil of old beliefs, assumptions, expectations, failures, losses and gains. Through ruins and old memories, through your trials and victories that made you who you are.
